The customer selects click & collect as their delivery preference when shopping online.
The order is delivered directly to the parcel locker by a carrier agent.
An email or SMS notification is sent to the customer once their order is available for pick-up.
The customer opens their designated locker by pushing the ‘retrieve my parcel’ button in the mobile app, or by manually inputting the unique PIN.
Once the parcel has been collected, the locker is available for the next delivery.
